The ordering of the products is made by completing and sending the special Order Form available at the e-shop. Prior to the submission of the order, the Customer receives through a special link knowledge of the terms of sale of the products he / she wants to acquire and then chooses the activation of a relevant icon (indication) quoting “I have read and accepted the purchase Terms and Conditions”. With this marking, the Customer expressly and unconditionally declares that he has received a clear and understandable understanding of these transaction terms before submitting his order.

The ordering goods are not binding on the Company before the Customer receives the confirmation of acceptance of the order by the Company as described below. The order is deemed to have been received by the Company as soon as the Customer receives an Order Status Confirmation with the indication “Confirmation of Order Registration”.

In the case of orders for out of stock products, orders will not be available. Customers can enter their e-mail in the product page in order to be informed for the next availability.

The entire content of the e-shop, including distinctive titles, trademarks, pictures, graphics, photographs, drawings, texts, etc. are protected in accordance with the relevant provisions of Greek law as well as the relevant provisions of European law and international conventions.

Any copying, transfer or creation of derivative work based on this content or misleading the public regarding the actual provider of the Online Store is forbidden. Replication, re-issue, upload, announcement, dissemination or transmission or any other use of the content in any way or by any means for commercial or other purposes is permitted only upon prior written consent of the Company.

I WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
1. The right of withdrawal is the consumer’s right to unilaterally withdraw from the Distance Agreement (refuse the order) within a specified period of time without paying a penalty, interest or compensation for loss.
2. The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal and unilaterally withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) calendar days. The period for exercising the right of withdrawal is counted from the day the consumer has received the goods or part of the goods (goods).
3. Apiceuticals shall, at the time of concluding the Distance Agreement, send (to the address specified by the consumer by e-mail) or shall issue to the consumer at the time of placing the order, a written withdrawal form stating the manufacturer’s name (company name), address, as well as a description of the right of withdrawal. The consumer shall notify Apiceuticals of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by sending an e-mail using the form.
Sending a withdrawal to Apiceuticals within a specified period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods terminates the contract and releases the consumer from any contractual obligations, except for the fees associated with returning the goods or item to the manufacturer, seller or service provider.
4. The consumer, exercising the right of withdrawal referred to in these terms, is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods, as well as for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal.
5. The consumer is obliged to return the goods to Apiceuticals (if the goods have been received) within 7 (seven) days after sending the written withdrawal. Apiceuticals is obliged to immediately, but no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the consumer’s written withdrawal, refund to the consumer the amount of money paid for the goods up to the moment of termination of the contract. Apiceuticals is entitled not to refund the consumer the amount of money paid for the product until the consumer has returned the product or Apiceuticals, upon receiving the product, determines that it has been used or is not in 100% saleable condition and appearance, in original packaging with all original documents (if any were attached to the product). The consumer is responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the return of the product.
The consumer loses the right of withdrawal if he has opened the packaging of the product or if he has not notified Apiceuticals of the exercise of the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The fact that the packaging of the cosmetic product contents has been opened is considered to be the fact that the packaging has been opened.
6. The provisions of this section do not apply to cases when the product is purchased by legal entities.
II RIGHTS TO RETURN THE PRODUCT
1. The consumer’s rights are violated if:
1.1. when purchasing a product, the consumer’s freedom of choice and his expressed will were not respected (the customer received a different product than ordered);
1.2. the possibility of receiving comprehensive and complete information about the product or its price was not ensured;
1.3. the consumer was sold an unsafe product or a product that did not comply with the terms of the contract.
2. The consumer is not obliged to accept the product if it was delivered to the consumer without placing an order.
3. The product does not comply with the terms of the contract if:
3.1. it does not comply with the requirements set out in regulatory enactments, as well as with the requirements usually imposed – it does not have the properties and performance that are usually inherent in products of the same type and that the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the product;
3.2. it is not suitable for the purposes for which products of the same name and description are usually used;
3.3. it does not comply with the properties or its package does not comply with the package that Apiceuticals presented at the time of concluding the contract or making an offer;
3.4. misleading, false information has been provided about it or it has not been provided at all and therefore the product cannot be used for its intended purpose;
3.5. it is damaged (the product has come out of the packaging intended for it, the internal or external packaging of the product is obviously damaged).
4. A consumer who has been sold or given a product that does not comply with the terms of the contract has the right to request Apiceuticals, by sending an e-mail using the form, to take one of the following actions:
4.1. reduce the price of the product accordingly;
4.2. eliminate the non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract or reimburse the consumer for the costs of eliminating the non-compliance;
4.3. exchange the product for the same or equivalent product that would ensure compliance with the terms of the contract;
4.4. cancel the contract and refund the amount paid for the product to the consumer.
5. The product shall be exchanged or its non-conformity with the terms of the contract shall be eliminated free of charge (including without reimbursement of shipping and other costs) and within a reasonable period of time, without causing inconvenience to the consumer.
6. If the non-conformity of the product with the terms of the contract is minor and cannot significantly affect the consumer’s ability to use the product, the consumer may not request that Apiceuticals cancel the contract and refund the amount paid for the product.
7. If Apiceuticals cannot fulfill the contract due to the unavailability of the ordered products, it shall inform the consumer thereof and refund the entire payment made to the consumer no later than 30 calendar days from the date on which Apiceuticals received the consumer’s order.
